USG Precto Dynamic Fit Youth Back Protector - Black

The USG Precto Dynamic Fit Youth Back Protector – Black is designed to provide young equestrians with flexible spine protection while maintaining comfort and freedom of movement in the saddle.

Its flexible block-structure back panel is designed to provide impact protection while moving with the rider. A stretchy, breathable softshell outer fabric helps create a comfortable, close fit without unnecessary bulk, while light padding at the front provides additional coverage and comfort.

A front zip closure makes the protector quick and easy to put on and remove, while adjustable Velcro fastenings at the shoulders and sides allow the fit to be fine-tuned for the individual rider.

Certified according to EN 1621-2, this is a slim, lightweight option for young riders where this type of back protection is appropriate.

Flexible Dynamic Fit

The Precto Dynamic Fit uses a flexible block structure across the back rather than a completely rigid protective panel.

This allows the protector to follow the rider's movement more naturally while providing impact protection over the back.

For younger riders, this combination of protection, flexibility and reduced bulk can make the protector more comfortable to wear during everyday riding.

Adjustable Youth Fit

Correct fit is particularly important with protective riding equipment.

The Precto Dynamic Fit features adjustable Velcro fastenings at both the shoulders and sides, allowing the protector to be adjusted to sit securely against the rider's body.

The front zip provides a straightforward closure and makes the protector easy to put on and remove.

Always select the appropriate size using the manufacturer's current size chart rather than choosing solely according to the child's age.

Breathable Softshell Outer

The outer softshell material is designed to be both stretchy and breathable, helping the protector sit comfortably against the rider while allowing freedom of movement.

Its slim profile also reduces unnecessary bulk, making it practical for regular riding.

• Young equestrians.
• Riding lessons.
• Everyday schooling.
• Pony Club activities where the relevant protection standard is permitted.
• Hacking where appropriate.
• Training.
• Riders wanting lightweight back protection.
• Young riders who prefer a slim, flexible protector.

Safety Certification

The USG Precto Dynamic Fit is certified according to:

EN 1621-2

This is important because EN 1621-2 is a standard for back protectors, rather than the same certification used for full equestrian body protectors.

A back protector primarily protects the rider's back/spine area and should not automatically be considered equivalent to a full equestrian body protector.

For competitions, Pony Club activities or disciplines that specify a particular body-protector standard, always check the current rules before use.
