Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please read the following policy:

Faulty or Incorrect Items: If you receive a faulty product or an item that is incorrect due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a full refund or exchange.

Change of Mind or Customer Error: If you wish to return an item for any reason other than a fault on our part (such as a change of mind, wrong size ordered, or an unwanted item), return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact us before sending any item back so we can guide you through the process.

We recommend using a tracked courier service for your return, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
