USG Flexi Motion Adult Body Protector - Black

The USG Flexi Motion Adult Body Protector – Black combines Level 3 equestrian impact protection with a highly flexible design, helping riders maintain freedom of movement and comfort in the saddle.

Its specially developed protective structure uses smaller triangular blocks that flex and adapt to the rider's body shape, reducing the rigid feel associated with some traditional body protectors.

The fit can be adjusted at the shoulders and front using hook-and-loop fastenings, allowing both the width and length to be fine-tuned for a secure, comfortable fit.

The USG Flexi Motion is certified to EN 13158:2009 Level 3 and BETA Level 3, with the supplied product information also stating ASTM F1937-04 and SEI approval.

Flexible Block Construction

The Flexi Motion uses a specially developed structure consisting of smaller triangular protective blocks.

These individual sections allow the protector to flex with the rider rather than behaving like one large rigid panel.

This helps the body protector follow the contours of the rider's body and accommodate movement in the saddle, providing a balance between protection and riding comfort.

Adjustable Adult Fit

Correct fit is essential for a body protector to provide its intended coverage.

The USG Flexi Motion allows the width and length to be adjusted using hook-and-loop fastenings at the shoulders and front.

This allows the rider to fine-tune the protector according to their body shape and riding position.

Always select the initial size according to the manufacturer's current size chart and then use the adjustment system to achieve the correct fit.

Safety Certification

According to the supplied product information, the USG Flexi Motion Adult Body Protector is certified to:

EN 13158:2009 – Level 3
BETA – Level 3
ASTM F1937-04
SEI Approved

Level 3 represents the highest protection level within the cited EN 13158 standard and is designed for equestrian activities where a high level of impact protection is required.

Competition and organisational requirements can change, and some governing bodies specify particular standards, labels or certification dates. Always check the current rules for your discipline or event before relying on an older certification for competition eligibility.

Durable Polyester Outer

The outer material is made from durable, dirt-repellent polyester, making the Flexi Motion practical for regular equestrian use.

For routine cleaning, the supplied care information states that the outer surface can be wiped clean with a damp cloth.

Fit Is Important

A body protector should sit close to the rider's body while still allowing comfortable breathing and normal riding movement.

It should provide appropriate coverage without interfering excessively with the saddle when the rider is seated.

For the best protection, use the USG size chart and, where possible, have the protector professionally fitted.
