Our Payment Gateways are 100% secure and compliant, utilising technologies like 3D Secure and real-time fraud screening. They also do not store card details and use PCI compliant partners for processing, ensuring customer data protection.

Both Stitch Express and Yoco are PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant, a globally recognized standard for ensuring the secure handling of cardholder data.

1. Payment Rules (Income Protection)
1 All arena bookings must be paid in full at time of booking.
2 Bookings are only confirmed once payment is received.
3 Unpaid bookings are not held or reserved.

2. Cancellation Policy
1 Cancellations more than 24 hours before booking: Full credit issued.
2 Cancellations within 24 hours: No refund, no credit.
3 No-shows: No refund, no credit.
Credits are issued as store credit and must be used within 30 days.

3. Rescheduling Rules
1 Bookings may be rescheduled once, provided at least 24 hours' notice is given.
2 Rescheduling within 24 hours of booking time is not permitted.

4. Weather & Force Majeure
1 If the arena is closed by management due to weather or safety concerns, a full credit will be issued.
2 Weather-related cancellations initiated by the customer follow the standard cancellation policy.

5. Late Arrival Policy
1Late arrivals will not be extended beyond the booked time.
2 Full booking fee applies regardless of arrival time.
